Exercise is an essential aspect of a healthy lifestyle, but not the only one. Together with a healthy diet, sufficient rest and happiness, they form the pillars of prevention.
Our body needs micro- and macronutrients to survive. Natural foods that are processed as little as possible contain most of them.
Our body is made to move. Sitting or standing for long periods is not good for us. Therefore we should exercise moderately for at least 30 minutes a day.
Sleeping doesn't mean doing anything. In this precious time, our body recovers from the strains of the day. It is tidied up, digested and new cells are formed. At the same time, our muscles grow.

The factors must not be considered individually, but always as a whole. As with a multiplication, where a positive number multiplied by zero always results in zero, we reduce the benefit of a proper diet with enough sleep and good happiness if we do not exercise well.
