For us, health means having the strength and energy to be able to do everything we want to do. With our unique program of training and nutrition, we help you to be more active and eat a balanced diet. This way, we create the necessary basis to keep your body healthy.

The program is designed to be used anywhere in the world. It is up to you to decide when and where to train. Besides, you learn which positive effects the right choice of food has on your body and which changes are necessary to make a healthy lifestyle a habit.

Is this something for me?

Our goal is to reach as many people as possible. Therefore, we have designed our program accordingly. For reasons of readability, we use the male form in the following. Nevertheless, the statements refer to members of both sexes.

Our primary goal is prevention. By helping you to be more active and eat a balanced diet, we lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. As a result, you benefit from more vitality, well-being, and quality of life.

Most of the time, you train with your body weight. This ensures a high level of training safety even at high intensity. You can decide when and where your training takes place because you have all your training programs with you at all times with our training app.

Although we primarily focused on people with a lack of activity when designing the program, it is also useful for those who already exercise regularly. For example, as complementary training to build up core stability, which is often neglected in strength training with weights. Besides, there is a benefit of a balanced diet, which becomes more critical the more intense the training.

To meet as many needs as possible, we have structured the program into three main goals, which are explained below.

Improving health

Beginner

Our body is used to physical work. Prolonged standing or sitting in combination with a lack of movement is poison. The consequences can be back pain, muscular tension, and headaches.

Muscles support the skeleton and provide stability and safety. Lifting heavy objects, reacting quickly to icy conditions, or carrying heavy shopping bags are just a few examples where good basic strength and balance are crucial.

With our functionally oriented training programs, you build strength and promote your balance. This results in less muscular tension thanks to improved posture and higher walking safety.

Beginner and advanced

Being overweight is usually the result of the lack of physical activity in combination with an incorrect diet. If the problem wants to be solved in the long term, both aspects must be considered simultaneously.

We are going to show you what positive effects the right choice of food has on your body and what long-term changes are necessary to make a balanced diet a habit.

With the help of our nutritional recommendations and our training program, your body fat will melt away and don't come back.

Advanced

If you are an athlete, you may focus too heavily on the primary sport, and that may result in a muscular imbalance, which in turn can lead to an increased risk of injury, postural damage, and loss of performance.

As a countermeasure, it is necessary to incorporate more functional exercises into or on top of the normal training regime. A better overall functional movement capacity will result in better performance and a reduced risk of injuries.

Our training programs for competitive and non-competitive athletes will help to improve the overall functional movement capacity, which will result in better performance and a reduced risk of injuries.

How is the program structured?

Basic services

Our program consists of several services. The basic services Get and Stay Fit are identical in content and differ only in the duration of the subscription. Both include a twelve-week basis program consisting of a progressive training program and our book on the basics of healthy nutrition. The duration is either three or twelve months, and both programs can be evaluated during one training week.

The maintenance and development phase follows the basic program. From this point on, the training plans no longer change weekly, but every four weeks.

Premium services

With our premium services "Food Coach", "Personal Trainer" and "Personal Coach" we offer you the possibility to contact us directly so that we can answer your questions about training and nutrition individually. The premium services can be used in combination or separately from the basic service and have a duration of one month.

Community

With all our services, you have access to our community of active and health-conscious people. Use the community as a platform where you can interact with other members. Get inspired or participate in discussions about the topic of a healthy lifestyle.

What happens when I register?

The following timeline gives you an overview of what happens when you register for our basic service.

Health Questionnaire

After you have registered with us and selected a training goal, you must first complete the Health Questionnaire (PAR-Q) to ensure that there are no health restrictions. Your account will then be activated, and you will have access to the training app and community. Besides, we will send you the first chapter of our Book.
Registration

Training start

Our training programs always start on a Monday. This way, we ensure that everyone starts a new training program at the same time and finishes it at the same time. There are no restrictions for you because you can already access and run the training programs beforehand. Only the trial week may be extended.
Monday

Will you stay with us?

The trial week's almost over, and you have to decide. If you liked what you have experienced so far and want to continue training with us, you don't need to do anything. On Sunday, your credit card will be charged the first time with the costs of your subscription. If you do not want to continue training with us, you must cancel your subscription.
Saturday week 1

Start of the basis program

Since you have decided to continue training with us, the basis program starts today. So that you can start right away, the new training program has already been assigned to you in the training app, and the next chapter of our book has been sent to you.
Monday week 2

New nutrition topic

During the basis program, we're going to send you a chapter of our book about the basics of healthy nutrition every week.
Weekly

End of the basis program

You have completed the basis program and are now at a good fitness level. Depending on which subscription you have chosen, you have to decide if you want to continue training with us. If not, you must actively cancel your subscription.
Saturday week 12

Maintenance and development

The basis program is over, and you have been assigned to the current training program of the maintenance and development phase of your training goal. From now on, you will receive a new and challenging training plan every four weeks and have a say in the design of the training program.
Monday week 13

Our training app

Our training app for Android and iOS gives you access to the training plans with all exercise videos and allows you to record and keep track of your progress. If you decide on individual coaching, you can also chat with your coach via the app.

Our book on nutrition

With our book, we show you how easy it is to eat healthily. You will learn what positive effects the right choice of food has on your body and what long-term changes are necessary to make a healthy lifestyle a habit.

Train 1% better

Not only your well-being is important to us, but also that of our planet. As a member of 1% for the Planet, we donate one percent of our income to non-profit organizations that support the preservation of our environment through sustainable projects.

With every new subscription and renewal, you support these projects. You also have the opportunity to decide which organization(s) we support at the end of the year.
