By showing you a simple to follow approach to eat healthily every day and exercise multiple times a week, we make you fit and keep it that way.
As we love to travel, we designed the program to be used anywhere in the world. With our state of the art online training app, you have everything you need to be successful right in your pocket. It's up to you to decide when and where to train.
We want to help as many people as possible to become more active, learn to make the right food choices, and live a healthy lifestyle. Therefore we are focussing mainly on exercises for which you don't need any equipment and teaching you the basics of nutrition with the focus on a balanced, plant-based diet. This way, you can exercise at home, while traveling, outdoor, indoor, or in the gym that you maybe already visit regularly, and you are able to make the right food choices in any occasions.
Exercising should not harm, and safety is our utmost concern. Therefore, we are focussing on bodyweight exercises almost entirely throughout the program. This way, we ensure a safe training experience, even at high intensity. If you're not sure how to perform an exercise correctly, you are always able to watch a high-quality video with detailed instructions.
Our online training and nutrition program focusses on adults and teenagers between 15 and 69 years of age. Even though we are concentrating on people that aren't already physically active and struggling with a healthy diet, our program still has some benefits for those who are already into it. For example, as complementary training to build up core stability and balance, because sometimes these aspects are not given enough attention. Besides, everyone does profit from a diet full of nutrients that help our body to do what he was made for - keeping us healthy.
As nobody is the same, and everyone has different needs, we decided to structure the program into three main goals, which are the following.
Our body is used to physical work. Prolonged standing or sitting in combination with a lack of activity is poison. The consequences can be back pain, muscular tension, and headaches.
Muscles support the skeleton, and when they are trained to work together, you move more smoothly and safely. Lifting heavy objects, reacting quickly on icy conditions, or carrying heavy shopping bags are just a few examples where good fundamental strength and balance are crucial.
With our functional training programs, you build up strength and enhance your balance and flexibility. As a result, you profit from higher walking safety, less muscular tension thanks to improved posture, which may also lower the risk for headaches.
Two workouts per week
Being overweight is usually the result of a lack of physical activity and a poor diet. To be able to lose weight efficiently, it is necessary to focus on both aspects simultaneously. Our online training and nutrition program is perfectly designed to do just that.
By performing our online workouts, you will become more active and burning more calories. By following our nutritional recommendations from our ebook on the fundamentals of nutrition focussing on a plant-based diet, you will learn how to limit your calorie intake by not eating less, but right. Three workouts per week
If you are an athlete, you may focus too heavily on the primary sport, which may result in a muscular imbalance, which in turn can lead to an increased risk of injury, postural damage, and loss of performance.
As a countermeasure, it is necessary to incorporate more functional exercises into or on top of your regular training regime. A better overall functional movement capacity will result in better performance and a reduced risk of injuries.

Three workouts per week
Our program consists of several services. The basic offers Get and Stay Fit are identical in content and differ only in the duration of the subscription. Both include the twelve-week basis program consisting of a progressive online training plan and our ebook on the fundamentals of nutrition focussing on a plant-based diet. The duration of the subscription is either three or twelve months, and both programs provide a trial week to test the offer.
The maintenance and development phase follows the twelve-week basis program. From this point on, the training plans no longer change weekly, but every four weeks and all members of one of the three main goals are on the same training plan.
With our premium offers "Food Coach", "Personal Trainer" and "Personal Coach" we offer you the possibility to contact our food, fitness, and health coaches directly so that they can answer your questions about training and nutrition individually. The premium offers can be used in combination or separately from the basic offers Get and Stay Fit and are monthly subscriptions.
With all our services, you have access to our community of active and health-conscious people. Use the community as a platform where you can interact with other members. Get inspired or participate in discussions about the topic of a healthy lifestyle.

Our training app for Android and iOS gives you access to the training plans with all exercise videos and allows you to record and keep track of your progress. If you decide on individual coaching, you can also chat with your coach via the app.

The ebook consists of twelve chapters, each one dealing with an essential topic about nutrition, sustainability, or lifestyle.
