The program is designed to be used anywhere in the world. It is up to you to decide when and where to train. Besides, you learn which positive effects the right choice of food has on your body and which changes are necessary to make a healthy lifestyle a habit.
Our goal is to reach as many people as possible. Therefore, we have designed our program accordingly. For reasons of readability, we use the male form in the following. Nevertheless, the statements refer to members of both sexes.
Our primary goal is prevention. By helping you to be more active and eat a balanced diet, we lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. As a result, you benefit from more vitality, well-being, and quality of life.
Most of the time, you train with your body weight. This ensures a high level of training safety even at high intensity. You can decide when and where your training takes place because you have all your training programs with you at all times with our training app.
Although we primarily focused on people with a lack of activity when designing the program, it is also useful for those who already exercise regularly. For example, as complementary training to build up core stability, which is often neglected in strength training with weights. Besides, there is a benefit of a balanced diet, which becomes more critical the more intense the training.
To meet as many needs as possible, we have structured the program into three main goals, which are explained below.
Our body is used to physical work. Prolonged standing or sitting in combination with a lack of movement is poison. The consequences can be back pain, muscular tension, and headaches.
Muscles support the skeleton and provide stability and safety. Lifting heavy objects, reacting quickly to icy conditions, or carrying heavy shopping bags are just a few examples where good basic strength and balance are crucial.
With our functionally oriented training programs, you build strength and promote your balance. This results in less muscular tension thanks to improved posture and higher walking safety.
Two workouts per week
Being overweight is usually the result of the lack of physical activity in combination with an incorrect diet. If the problem wants to be solved in the long term, both aspects must be considered simultaneously.
We are going to show you what positive effects the right choice of food has on your body and what long-term changes are necessary to make a balanced diet a habit.
With the help of our nutritional recommendations and our training program, your body fat will melt away and don't come back.
Three workouts per week
If you are an athlete, you may focus too heavily on the primary sport, and that may result in a muscular imbalance, which in turn can lead to an increased risk of injury, postural damage, and loss of performance.
As a countermeasure, it is necessary to incorporate more functional exercises into or on top of the normal training regime. A better overall functional movement capacity will result in better performance and a reduced risk of injuries.

Three workouts per week
Our program consists of several services. The basic services Get and Stay Fit are identical in content and differ only in the duration of the subscription. Both include a twelve-week basis program consisting of a progressive training program and our book on the basics of healthy nutrition. The duration is either three or twelve months, and both programs can be evaluated during one training week.
The maintenance and development phase follows the basic program. From this point on, the training plans no longer change weekly, but every four weeks.
With our premium services "Food Coach", "Personal Trainer" and "Personal Coach" we offer you the possibility to contact us directly so that we can answer your questions about training and nutrition individually. The premium services can be used in combination or separately from the basic service and have a duration of one month.
With all our services, you have access to our community of active and health-conscious people. Use the community as a platform where you can interact with other members. Get inspired or participate in discussions about the topic of a healthy lifestyle.

Our training app for Android and iOS gives you access to the training plans with all exercise videos and allows you to record and keep track of your progress. If you decide on individual coaching, you can also chat with your coach via the app.
With our book, we show you how easy it is to eat healthily. You will learn what positive effects the right choice of food has on your body and what long-term changes are necessary to make a healthy lifestyle a habit.
